About the Blind 💬

• Seeing is deceiving.

Famous novelist Bill Oakland (Alec Baldwin) is blinded by a car accident that also kills his wife. Several years later, Bill is an unshorn academic filled with bitterness, spending his days in a group center for the blind.

• Love... Unexpected.

Suzanne Dutchman (Demi Moore), the neglected wife of a corrupt businessman Mark Dutchman (Dylan McDermott), begins to volunteer at the center, and finds herself reading to a washed-up Bill.

• Second regard.

When their lives become entangled, they both begin to realize that there is more to life than what can be seen.
