Based on a true story kept secret for 40 years, which occurred in 1976 on the border between Djibouti and Somalia.

• Tuesday, February 3rd, 1976. France's last colony.

A group of Somalian rebels hijack a school bus carrying 21 French children and an American teacher (Olga Kurylenko) in Djibouti City and drive it to the small town of Loyada, the official border crossing from Djibouti into Somalia.

• What would you do to free hostages who are children?

French captain André Gerval (Alban Lenoir) is called to lead a small team of elite snipers to secretly prepare an emergency rescue. When diplomacy comes at a stall and time is running out, Gerval and his team take alone the responsibility of carrying out a simultaneous 5 men sniper attack to get the children and their teacher out safely. Everything comes down to 15 minutes: an endless time for the people involved.

• The birth of an elite unit.

22 hostages and only 15 minutes to save them: a thriller inspired by a terrorist incident after which the famous G.I.G.N. (Groupe d'intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale) was created.
