A drug-addicted murderous teen named Nikita (Anne Parillaud) is given a second chance by a government agency looking to exploit her penchant for motiveless violence. Given the option to kill, or be killed, she is retrained as a government assassin by her new handler Bob (Tchéky Karyo), and trainer Amande (Jeanne Moreau).
